Coaching for high-functioning professionals & leaders

Your life may be working. But the way you’ve been operating may no longer be enough.

You are capable, thoughtful and used to figuring things out. Yet you may be at a point where working harder, thinking harder or applying another strategy is not creating the shift you want. The same reactions, relationships or internal pressures keep showing up — at work, at home, or both.

Is this you?
What may not be working

You know a lot. But knowing isn’t always changing it.

You take on too much because relying on other people feels harder than doing it yourself.
You avoid a difficult conversation, then spend days thinking about it.
You are confident in many situations, but one person or one type of criticism can throw you off.
You keep succeeding, yet the next achievement does not create the sense of ease or satisfaction you expected.
You can explain your patterns perfectly — and still repeat them when you are stressed, tired or emotionally invested.
You are entering a new stage of your career or life and realize the way you got here may not be the way you want to move forward.

You may not want a dramatic reinvention. You want more choice: to feel steadier, make cleaner decisions, have better conversations, stop repeating the same patterns and create the next part of your life more deliberately.

How I help

We work on the situation in front of you — and the pattern underneath it.

We might start with a conversation you are avoiding, a leadership challenge, a relationship dynamic, a decision you cannot make or a transition you are trying to navigate.

But instead of stopping at “what should I do?”, we look at what is shaping your response: what you are assuming, what you are protecting, what you may not be seeing, what happens in your body and emotions, and what role you repeatedly take on.

Then we bring it back to real life. What would a different response actually look like? What conversation needs to happen? What do you want to practise? What happens when you try it?

Over time, you build a much deeper understanding of how you work — and more ability to choose your response rather than be run by it.

The method

One integrated approach. Four lenses.

I do not use a single coaching formula. I bring together different ways of understanding what is happening, then use whichever lens helps us see the situation more clearly and move it forward.

01 — ANALYTICAL

See the pattern

We examine the facts, assumptions, contradictions and recurring dynamics rather than taking the first explanation at face value.

02 — DEPTH

See what is less visible

We explore parts of yourself you may overlook, reject or overidentify with — and how they can quietly shape reactions, relationships and choices.

03 — SOMATIC

Notice the body too

We pay attention to physical and emotional cues, because your response often begins before your rational mind has explained what is happening.

04 — FUTURE-FOCUSED

Turn insight into change

We stay connected to what you actually want, translate insight into concrete experiments and use your real life as the place where change is practised.

The foundations. My approach is informed by analytical inquiry, somatic awareness, future-focused goal-oriented coaching and ideas from Jungian depth psychology — particularly the concept of the shadow: aspects of ourselves that sit outside our usual conscious self-image but can still influence how we react and relate to others.

About the work

Psychologically informed. Analytical. Practical.

My coaching combines deep inquiry with practical change. I work with clients to understand not only what they are doing, but what is happening internally that makes a particular response feel natural, necessary or automatic.

I pay close attention to the interaction between mind, body and emotion; to recurring interpersonal patterns; to the difference between intention and impact; and to the organizational or relational systems in which a person is operating.

I will support you, but I will also challenge assumptions, point out patterns, offer alternative interpretations and help you test new ways of responding. The aim is greater self-awareness, greater emotional skill and ultimately greater agency.

Professional & educational background
Coaching, not psychotherapy.
This work is developmental and future-focused. It is not intended to diagnose or treat mental-health conditions, trauma or clinically significant psychological symptoms.
Work together

What would change if you understood the pattern — not just the problem?

We can start with a conversation about what is happening now and what you want to be different.
